Accuride 1432 Pivot Sliding Door Gear

Accuride 1432 Pivot Sliding Door Gear - dedicated for hideaway cabinet pocket door. Widely used in media cabinets and concealed storage.

Features:

• Synchronised runners for effortless and smooth operation
• For Overlay or inset application
• For door widths: 255-660mm
• For door height: 914-2300mm
• Maximum door weight: 34kg
• Door thickness: 19-32mm for inset; 19mm for overlay
• One set of runners is sufficient for one door only. 

Please make sure the cabinet is deep enough to accommodate slider 'Length'. The extension length indicates how much the door will hide inside the pocket. 

Partial overlay doors: The pocket door runner should be the length of the cabinet depth or less. The calculation is:
Cabinet depth – 3mm clearance = runner length (or shorter)

Inset doors: You will need to allow space for the door inside the cabinet, the calculation is:
Cabinet depth – door thickness – 3mm clearance = runner length (or shorter)

Hinges and hinge plates must be purchased separately - available in related products below.

A number of hinges required per door height:

• 915-1193mm (3 hinges)
• 1194-1498mm (4 hinges)
• 1499-1803mm (5 hinges)
• 1804-2300mm (6 hinges)

Please note that Blum overlay hinges can only be used to achieve an inset application for 19-22mm door thickness only. Otherwise, the Accuride hinges need to be used. Please refer to the technical specification provided in the 'Technical Docs' tab.

A number of hinge plate sets are required per 2 doors:

• 2 set for 2 doors 915-1422mm tall
• 3 sets for 2 doors 915-2000mm tall
• 4 sets for 2 doors 2001-2300mm tall
