Accuride 1432 Pivot Sliding Door Gear Complete Kit For 1 Door

The Accuride 1432 Pivot Sliding Door Gear Kit is a sturdy steel mechanism that allows a door to pivot and slide along its track with controlled, low‑friction movement, built with a compact profile and lightweight metal components engineered for standard cabinet applications in kitchens, wardrobes, and utility furniture. It’s suitable for cabinets with a minimum depth of 310mm and works with doors between 915–2300mm in height and 255–660mm in width.

• Made out of mild steel
• Runner thickness: 22.3mm
• Maximum door weight: 34kg
• For door widths: 255-660mm
• For door height: 915-2300mm
• For partial overlay or inset application
• The system runs on ball-bearing runners
• One set of runners is sufficient for one door only
• Synchronised runners for effortless and smooth operation
• Door thicknesses: 
  • Inset: 19-32mm
  • Part-overlay: 17-19mm

Please note that:

• The extension length indicates how much the door will hide inside the pocket
• Please make sure the cabinet is deep enough to accommodate the slider 'Length'
• Partial overlay doors: The pocket door runner should be the length of the cabinet depth or less, the calculation is
  • Cabinet depth – 3mm clearance = runner length (or shorter)
• Inset doors: You will need to allow space for the door inside the cabinet, the calculation is:
  • Cabinet depth – door thickness – 3mm clearance = runner length (or shorter)

Important information:

This system is not suitable for full overlay applications and must not be forced, as this may result in damage to the door edges during operation if the installation instructions are not followed correctly and will void warranty. Please also ensure the correct cup drilling distance from the edge of the door is observed to guarantee smooth movement and to prevent any obstruction
