Accuride 1234 Pivot Sliding Door Gear Complete Kit

The Accuride 1234 Pivot Sliding Door Gear is a light-duty pocket door system designed to allow cabinet doors to pivot and slide neatly into the cabinet when opened. Suitable for kitchen cabinets, furniture and other cabinetry applications, the system supports doors up to 14kg and 1100mm high, with hinge options for inset and partial overlay doors.

• Maximum door height: 1100mm
• Suitable for doors weighing up to 14kg
• System can be mounted vertically or horizontally
• All fixing positions must be used to achieve the maximum 14kg load capacity
• Available in 354mm, 405mm, 456mm, 506mm, 557mm and 608mm track lengths
• Suitable for door thicknesses from 16–20.6mm depending on the hinge configuration
• Allows the door to retract into the cabinet, keeping the door clear of the surrounding area when open

Hinge configurations:

• Inset doors: Blum hinge with 35mm hinge cup, suitable for 16–19mm thick doors
• Partial overlay doors: Salice hinge with 40mm hinge cup, suitable for 16–20.6mm thick doors

Set includes:

• 8 x 4mm wood fixing screws 
• 1 x Accuride 1234 Pivot system
• For 16-19 mm (Inset) - 2 x Blum 175H9160 hinges with 2 x 71T9550 mounting plates
• For 16-20.6mm (Part overlay) - 2 x Salice BAR3R09 hinges with 2 x CFA7G99 mounting plate

Please note:

• Ensure your cabinet depth is sufficient for the selected runner length and door thickness.
• You will need to create your own wooden strip to connect the top and bottom runners, this is not supplied

Important information:

• While this system has an inset application option, the hinges supplied are overlay hinges; this is correct. Pivot sliding systems use a different mounting method, allowing the door to sit inset while still pivoting and retracting into the cabinet. If you are unsure, please contact us.
