Accuride 1319 Pivot Sliding Door Gear For Inset Application

Accuride 1319 is a simple and effective pivot sliding door gear also called cabinet pocket door gear. It helps to free up space taken by the traditional hinged door by retracting back into the cabinet carcass or pocket.

• For vertical or horizontal use
• Recommended door thickness: 16-20mm
• Maximum recommended door width: 600mm
• A hinge carrier strip is not supplied and must be made from wood or MDF
• Maximum allowed door weight: 5.5kg (up to 25kg if used with 1316 synchronisation kit)
• Maximum door height: 700mm (door height up to 2300mm with 1316 synchronisation kit)
• Suitable hinge and plate:
  • 0920-001 - Blum Clip Hinge Mounting Plate 175H7100
  • 4618-001 - Blum Clip Top Full Overlay Cabinet Hinge 75T1550

Set consists of:

• 4 x zink plated mounting brackets
• 2 x zink-plated runners

Hinges required per door height:

• Door below 915mm = 2/3 hinges depending on width
• 915-1193mm = 3 hinges
• 1194-1498mm = 4 hinges
• 1499-1803mm = 5 hinges
• 1804-2300mm = 6 hinges

Please note that:

• Hinges and plates need to be ordered separately
• Ensure your cabinet depth is sufficient for the selected runner length and door thickness.
• The selected runner length must be equal to or less than:
  • Calculation = Cabinet depth − Door thickness − 3mm clearance
