Accuride 1319/1316 Pivot Sliding Door Gear Complete Kit For Inset Application

The Accuride 1319/1316 pivot sliding door gear complete kit for inset applications is designed for cabinets in kitchens, wardrobes and general furniture, allowing doors to pivot and slide back into the cabinet carcass to save space where a hinged door isn’t practical. It combines the 1319 system with the 1316 synchronisation mechanism for smooth, even operation and increased door size and weight capacity. Made from steel for durability, the kit comes complete with pivot gear, synchronisation components, hinges and mounting plates, giving you everything needed for a straightforward installation.

• A hinge carrier strip is not supplied and must be made from wood or MDF

Set consists of:

• 1319 pivot sliding door gear:
  • 2 x zink-plated runners
  • 4 x zinc-plated mounting brackets
• 1316 synchronised control:
  • 2 x tracks
  • 2 x rod guides
  • 1 x set of screws
  • 1 x 2500mm profile rod
  • 2 x pinions with screw mounts
• Hinges/mounting plates:
  • For door height 700-1193mm: 3 sets
  • For door height 1194-1498mm: 4 sets
  • For door height 1499-1803mm: 5 sets
  • For door height 1804-2300mm: 6 sets

Please note that:

• The door will hide inside the cabinet as indicated by 'extended length'
• Please make sure the cabinet is deep enough to accommodate the slider 'length'
• Please make sure the cabinet is deep enough to accommodate the runner installation length
  • Inset doors: You will need to allow space for the door inside the cabinet, the calculation is:
    Cabinet depth – door thickness – 3mm clearance = runner length (or shorter)

Important information:

• While this system is for an inset application, the hinges supplied are overlay hinges; this is correct. Pivot sliding systems use a different mounting method, allowing the door to sit inset while still pivoting and retracting into the cabinet. If you are unsure, please contact us.
