Complete steel sliding door gear kit for door panels up to 150kg. Perfect for industrial and agricultural environments for heavy-used doors. All components are manufactured from high-grade steel in Europe. All Sportub components are manufactured to en1527 standard. All tracks are coated with magnesium zinc (without chromium) to preserve all the qualities in all weather conditions. They have up to 800h resistance to salt spray and red rust.
- Maximum door weight: 150kg
- Minimum door thickness: 30mm
- Can be used internally and externally
- A complete kit will allow one door to be mounted
- In accordance with the European standard EN1527
Set for 150kg doors contains:
- 2 x stops 1098
- 5 x brackets 5141
- 2 x bottom guides U-19
- 2 x plates 56 (top fixing)
- 1 x track 5040 (3000mm)
- 1 x bottom channel U-19(3000mm)
- 2 x hangers 255A (top fixing) equipped with 2 steel wheels mounted on needle roller bearings
Please be advised that:
- Doors are not included
- An additional 76mm of track is required per door stopper
