New upgraded version of MD wire baskets. Thick epoxy coating make the baskets durable and thanks to ball bearing runners they run even smoother than before. Pre-assembled fittings allow you to fit the basket using only a screwdriver.

Very easy to fit and very adjustable to width. Would have given 5 star rating but for the plastic inserts that fit in the tubes below the basket ,the instructions show them being tapped in with a hammer but some of them are to tight and break I found that removing some of the splines with a sharp knife enabled me to make a tight push fit. But I had to get a bag of spare ons first to replace the broken ones.

Easy to fit into a standard carcass. Adjusts easily to width.
Take care to ensure carcass is square or pack runners so they run parallel or the draw will run off or jamb when pulled out.

I understand the horizontal sizing for the baskets, but what do you recommend regarding vertical spacing? In other words, what sort of gap should I leave between the top of one basket and the bottom of the one above? I guess with clothing, bedding, shoes etc. there will always be a tendency to over-fill open baskets bit. Obviously this is a matter of preference but i have no idea whether to allow 20 mm, 50mm, 100mm or even more between drawers, What would the ‘professional’ Bedroom designer allow? I need advice on this before I can figure out how many baskets to order!

I want baskets to fit inside a bespoke cupboard which is 60cm wide internally. Which size should I order? I need to allow for putting in a batten to clear hinges.
