Hi Can you please advise me of the height of the rail from bottom of the attachment to the top of the rail and also what is the length when folded down ? Thanks

Obviously it's not recommended, and guarantee will be lost. But is it possible to cut arms and screw back the angle joints? Or perhaps to set a stop point making it half way down so there will be some more clearance left?

The actual width of the space, wardrobe side to wardrobe side, for the hanging rail rail is 485mm. The depth is 560mm and the height 1105mm. Would the 480mm fit? If not is it possible to shorten the actual hanging rail?

My wardrobes internal measurement is 660mm. Taking the width of the brackets into account, am I best odering the rail that goes upto 600mm or the one that starts from 600mm? I think I'm right on the borderline. Can the larger rail be cut down if it is fractionally too big?

How much force is needed to lift or lower the rail beyond the weight of the clothing? The prospective user is disabled and has been told by others that moving such rails is not easy.

What fixings come with your units? Our wardrobes have 18mm panels - if we purchase the dark wood finish does it come with suitable fixings for 18mm panels.
