REFUNDS
We will refund or replace any goods that may have arrived at the destination in un-useable or faulty condition or indeed different from those ordered.
You also have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery and within 7 working days after the day of receiving your goods.
Should you decide to request a refund please notify us immediately by emailing: returns@bullerltd.co.uk. Please quote the your full name, order number date when it was placed and part number of the item you wish to return. Any postage and packaging costs originally paid are non refundable. In the event of you canceling your order within the time frame mentioned above, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us in a saleable condition (that is unopened and unused).
After seven working days the sale is considered closed and we will not make a refund.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
On receipt of order please inspect the parcel for any sign of
damage. If any damage is found, please refuse delivery. If you accept delivery and the damage is found subsequently, you will need to inform us within 7 days from delivery date by phone or in writing. You will also be required to return the damaged product (or fragments
which demonstrate reasonable evidence of breakage in case of
international orders) to us for assessment. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us.
If your
purchase is subsequently classified as "damaged in transit" we will send you a no charge replacement,
freight free.
METHOD OF REFUNDS
We will refund the money paid to us within 30 working days to your credit/debit card
If you do not return the goods within 30 working days we may reduce your refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods.
